Our technicians specialize in ripping up carpet, tile and getting that floor ready no matter what it takes. They are very neat and creative when it comes to scoring and getting the floor fine tuned for which ever type of stain that will be going down.

Our base price is $2.50 per sq ft.  There is an additional charge for scoring, additional colors, moving furniture, ripping up carpet, tile and so on. We do give quantity discounts and all final prices are negotiable. The more sq footage you have the lower the total cost per sq ft will be.

We use acid base and waterbase stains. In some cases both are needed. Maybe even a little faux finishing to set it off before sealers go on.

We do borders, door entries, diagonal, square, round and just what meets the need of the room and the desire of the homeowner. We do get the statement, "you're the professional, you decide." Maybe true however, you have to live with it.

Here's the process; You call or email and we set up an appointment to look at your project and submit a quote to you.  No pressure, don't decide right then. Wait until the next day at least and make sure you look forward to it.  Call us and say OK ! We will write up an agreement that we can all live with and you don't pay a dime until the job is done unless its some huge time consuming project taking over 2 weeks. We may ask for a small progress payment.

We prep: Paper and tape up the walls, remove floor coverings if any, score the floor with what ever design is chosen, clean the floor, stain the floor, seal and finish the floor.  Thats it.
